Angels in Manchester - The Main Event !
	After an eventful first night and a good night's sleep, I met up with Ally at 11am for a quick look around Afflec's Palace. Girls if you go to Manchester and have the time, you just have to spend a few hours there - so much stuff in so many styles! I went everywhere looking for some long dangly clip on earrings.
	However , it seemed most were aimed at the lucky girls with pierced ears. Ally did make a few purchases and I picked up a couple of necklaces that I liked. With mid-day approaching, we agreed to meet up for dinner and Ally went off to her appointment at the Beauty parlour leaving me to explore the rest of the city centre.
	Eventually in Debenhams I found some earrings and a matching necklace too plus an additional necklace to go with some earrings I already have. I also couldn't resist popping upstairs to Lingerie where they had a sale on. But in the end I bought two non-sale multi-way seamless bras. I needed one I could wear strapless to go with the dress I had for the evening.
	In the afternoon I was up to my old tricks of asking the shoe shop assistants to let me try the shoes on. Found a nice pair of gold sandals with low heels. Ideal for dancing as I found later in the evening, plus I could walk at a comfortable pace too.
	The evening began with a solo walk into the Manchester village (in daylight as it was 8pm) to meet Ally at the Metz bar for dinner. I arrived first so I went in and ordered a drink. I was the only T-girl in there but somehow in Manchester that doesn't seem to bother me. Ally joined me shortly afterwards and we went to our table to order. Sue and Kaye from Hull joined us for a drink whilst we waited for our food. Once the food arrived they left to visit a nearby club saying they would rejoin us later. After dinner they did indeed return and we took a few pictures. We then went back to Ally's hotel where the other Angels had just about finished getting ready. After a few group photos, we set off to tour the clubs.
	We started with Churchill's. By comparison to Friday night it was packed. We eventually made ourselves a place on the dance floor but there really wasn't much room to dance. Next we went Paddy's Goose, a well known T-girl hangout, where we met up with Michelle, a local girl (and the only other T-girl in there) who joined us for the evening.
	We next went to look at a new club, Berlin, but the £5 entry fee made us decide to come back later. We went on to Manhattan. The rest of the girls really liked it there and we not only spent a lot of time there but did some serious dancing too. I was so glad I bought those new shoes! I had been feeling a little overdressed in my knee length black dress with gold threading but Kim went back to her room to change and came back in her black and white sequinned dress so I felt dowdy by comparison!
	A lot of time seemed to be spent in the ladies loos, it being a little quieter in there. It was there that the girls got talking to a couple of young G-girls that were very interested in us all. They encouraged us to get up on stage with them after the entertainment had finished for yet more dancing. And when it came to chucking out time, they gave us all a hug and a kiss good-bye.
	Finally we moved on to Berlin where Kim and Claudia turned on the charm and they let us in for half price - mind you it might be because it was after the bar had closed! More dancing followed for some of the girls though I settled first for a sit and a chat with Laura and Jo before one final dance.
	Whilst in the ladies I was chatting to a couple of girls who asked if I had a cigarette. Explaining that I didn't smoke, I mentioned that anyway my camera completely filled my little handbag. Despite the fact they would never see it they were desperate for me to take their picture so I did. If you ever find this site girls I hope you like it!
	At 3am we walked back to the other girl's hotel (or in some cases hobbled back). I left them at their door, leaving me to walk back to mine alone - even at that time of night I was still quite happy to do that.
	I wish Manchester was nearer - I'd be up there all the time!
